What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
