Lift mechanic — Osisioma Ngwa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Osisioma Ngwa, Abia State. You will work at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. You will install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy. Requirements: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance 2+ years on the tools preferred.
