Great opportunity: we are hiring a press shop operator in Douglas County, Wisconsin. The job is at a busy press shop. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Your main tasks: • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
