Urgent requirement: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in White County, Arkansas. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Day-to-day duties: • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun Six days a week, one day off.
