What we are looking for: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Day to day you will blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels.
