Immediate opening: oven operator (Georgia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Carroll County, Georgia. You will work in a bread factory. Your main tasks: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Score the top of loaves before baking • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $120 per day, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
