CNC milling operator wanted in Hancock County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Hancock County, Maine. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience On the job you will handle: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery 4+ years on the tools preferred.
