Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Ashland County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Rotating shifts. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
