Vacancy available: marble mason (Michigan)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a marble mason in Genesee County, Michigan. The job is on a hotel and villa renovation project. Day-to-day duties: • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings Requirements: • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • Own hand tools an advantage • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
