Urgent requirement: oven operator (Oklahoma)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Tillman County, Oklahoma. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
