Requirements: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) The role involves read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer.
