We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Isle of Wight County, Virginia. You will wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs. Requirements: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Able to read and match factory paint codes Part-time with flexible hours. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
