You should have: • 1-2 years experience as a security guard • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Clean police verification with no criminal record The role involves operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out; raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency; check fire exits, locks, gates and seals during rounds; operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door; detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police; monitor the CCTV screens in the control room.
