Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Lawrence County, Illinois. The job is in a catering unit. Your main tasks: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Six days a week, one day off.
