Deboner wanted in Tulare County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Tulare County, California. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. You will season and marinate meat on request; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
