The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
