Shuttering charge hand wanted in Leflore County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Leflore County, Mississippi. The role involves box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
