Pipe TIG welder wanted in Laurens County

Join our team: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Laurens County, Georgia. The job is at a busy fabrication workshop. You will strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through. You should have: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
