Car refinisher — Goodhue County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a car refinisher in Goodhue County, Minnesota. You will work at a dealership paint shop. Day-to-day duties: • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust Ideal candidate: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing 5+ years on the tools preferred.
