Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Pickens County, Alabama. The job is on a busy construction site. The role involves: • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails You should have: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Own basic hand tools • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
