Great opportunity: HSE officer (New Jersey)

Now hiring: we are hiring a HSE officer in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. On a typical shift you will run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site. Requirements: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
