Join our team: we are hiring a road roller operator in Hubbard County, Minnesota. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Understanding of safe digging near underground services You will top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
