Kitchen steward — Funtua

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Funtua, Katsina State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. ₦270,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
