Fabricator-welder wanted in Kent County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Kent County, Texas. You will be based at an automotive body and exhaust shop. On the job you will handle: • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush You should have: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $24 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
