Urgent requirement: fabricator-welder (Oregon)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Sherman County, Oregon. Day to day you will feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions. You should have: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
