The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Six days a week, one day off.
