Joiner — DeKalb County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a joiner in DeKalb County, Tennessee. You will work on a busy construction site. What we are looking for: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work The role involves cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $10,250 per project plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
