Great opportunity: chiller technician (Ohio)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chiller technician in Shelby County, Ohio. The job is in an AC and refrigeration showroom. Your main tasks: • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves You should have: • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Valid driving licence for field call-outs At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
