Machine operator — Clay County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine operator in Clay County, Iowa. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts On the job you will handle: • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
