Vacancy available: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Franklin County, Indiana. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift You will machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed.
