Head butcher wanted in Staffordshire

Great opportunity: we are hiring a head butcher in Staffordshire, England. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. The role involves: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Season and marinate meat on request • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
