Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Catoosa County, Georgia. You will work at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Your main tasks: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
