Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On the job you will handle: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift 2+ years on the tools preferred.
