The role involves check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters. You should have: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $2,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
