Tig welder • Yell County, Arkansas

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tig welder in Yell County, Arkansas. You will be based in a pharmaceutical piping facility. Your main tasks: • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Own basic hand tools and PPE Rotating shifts.
