VMC operator — Grant County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a VMC operator in Grant County, South Dakota. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges The role involves carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts.
