Maintenance plumber • Conwy, Wales

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a maintenance plumber in Conwy, Wales. You will work in apartment and housing complexes. Your main tasks: • Lay soil and waste drainage lines to the correct fall • Replace worn washers, seals and float valves • Cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections • Carry out pressure testing on newly laid pipe runs • Trace and clear blockages in drains, traps and gully pits What we are looking for: • Own a basic set of plumbing hand tools • Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. £3,050 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
