The role involves: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
