Machine setter-operator — Bulloch County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Bulloch County, Georgia. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills The role involves: • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
