Immediate opening: lathe programmer-operator (North Dakota)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Bottineau County, North Dakota. You will work in a precision engineering workshop. The role involves change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; write and edit G-code programs at the control; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish. What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $130 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
