Counter butcher — McPherson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in McPherson County, South Dakota. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. The role involves sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights.
