We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Caroline County, Virginia. Day to day you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $27 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
