Excavator operator • Franklin County, Tennessee

We are recruiting: we are hiring an excavator operator in Franklin County, Tennessee. The job is on a busy civils and groundworks site. On the job you will handle: • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient Requirements: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones Full-time, day shift.
