Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Meigs County, Tennessee. You will be based in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch.
