Tower crane operator — San Miguel County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tower crane operator in San Miguel County, Colorado. The job is at a precast concrete yard. Day-to-day duties: • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground What we are looking for: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
