Tandoor cook — Butler County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Butler County, Iowa. You will work at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking $9,500 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
