Great opportunity: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Crosby County, Texas. On a typical shift you will fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure. You should have: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work Overtime paid at a premium rate.
