Great opportunity: plant operator (Borno State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plant operator in Jere, Borno State. You will work in an open-cast mine. You will load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines. You should have: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Understanding of safe digging near underground services 2+ years on the tools preferred.
