EHS coordinator — Rio Grande County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an EHS coordinator in Rio Grande County, Colorado. You will be based at a busy construction site. The role involves: • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift What we are looking for: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Rotating shifts.
