Great opportunity: we are hiring a confectioner in Powell County, Montana. On the job you will handle: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
